1. Retiring board members

2. Board members being elected to a second term FY17-FY19
   1. Katie Berg, Jim Dorsey, Brock Metzger, Chuck Peterson, and Chris Foss
3. New members being elected to a first term FY17-FY19 
   1. Katie Imholte and Paul Scholtz
4. Board officers 
   1. Wendy Holmes, Noel McCormick and Chuck Peterson are all in their second year of a two-year officer term.
   2. Jeff Reed has agreed to serve as Vice Chair, filling in for the second year of Julie Carver’s two-year term.
