Financial
- Line of Credit with Nonprofits Assistance Fund was paid off on April 11
2013-2014 Season
§ We’ve currently sold 965 tickets for $23,380 (54% of goal)
§ All subscription tickets have been reseated (thanks to Jeff and Kärsten), we still have an unknown amount of lost seats sold mid-September to mid-October. These probably represent an additional $2k sold.
§ Last year at this point, we had sold 798 tickets for $19,245. We sold an additional $20k in tickets by the end of the run.
- All dates/venues have been confirmed (see attachment)
- All venues will offer reserved seating
- Pricing/tiers/fees still to be finalized
o Waiting on fee information from the Ordway
o Talking with Cowles about ticket our own performances there (instead of through their system)
o Researching pricing of other arts organizations, especially at shared venues
- Season announced and on sale in May
- Likely roll out with intro (flat) pricing for subscriptions

- All Is Calm
o Joint press release with HTT and TLD announcing tickets on sale and that it is our last year with the production will drop May 27. Ticket onsale is May 30. Priority still for Cantus and TLD subscribers as in past years.
- Season/New singers
o Press release announcing 2014-2015 Season, new singers and major highlights of upcoming year (including APHC Cruise, New York dates, Ordway Concert Hall) to drop May 29
o National version of press release with new singers also going out around same time
