- Cantus artists expressed continued enthusiasm for the project.
- Explained potential future benefits and revenue from the project via touring and remounting.
- Summarized Music Accord funding and emphasized the prestige of the consortium of presenters.
- Reported transparency and flexibility with Ed Yim of Music Accord.
- Libby presented her vision forward for the Romeo and Juliet project.

- Collected recommendations from all in attendance.

- Motion: Mainspring will create a new budget for the Romeo and Juliet project – without Guthrie involvement. And Mainspring, Libby, and the singers will meet before March 27, 2017 to create a new timeline for the project.
