FY16 November Development & Marketing Manager Report
- GiveMN brought in 114 gifts totaling $9,650! Although we did not hit our ambitious goal of $12,000 (we have never hit $10,000 in the past), we are happy with the mix of renewed gifts, lapsed donations, new contributions, plus a $1,000 Golden Ticket received in one day. Great responses to the photo and video used to promote the day.
- Cantus HSR Alumni program
- So far, we’ve received 7 gifts totaling $600
- Direct Mail #1 scheduled to hit homes December 2
- Segmented donor lists to create a more personalized and specific ask amt
- Annual Fund totals thus far:
- As of 11/18/15: $26,661
- At this time last year: $24,266
- Development Dashboard
- Joey and Carly are working together to assign a “source” with each donation. This process will make reporting more accurate in order to compare the year-to-year success of each campaign (GiveMN vs. single ticket donations vs. Direct Mail appeals, etc.)
- Many gifts are listed as “General” on this dashboard due to no source assignments at the beginning of the season (hence 0 gifts listed next to season order donations)
