Annual Fund totals thus far:
  1. As of 1/21/16: 500 gifts totaling $69,906 (61% to goal)
  2. This time last year: 443 gifts totaling $51,822 (52% to goal)
  3. Segmented donor lists to create a more personalized and specific ask amount helped bring in increased donations, acquired new donors, and brought back lapsed donors
 
Cantus ARC
  1. This new donor level increased $1K+ donors from 9 last year to 15 this year
 
Cantus Idol
  1. Managing discussions on the details surrounding the event and specific asks for people to jump to a higher level (ex: dessert to dinner; dinner to sponsor)
  2. More information and order forms at February meeting
 
2015-2016 Season

Subscriptions
  1. Final: 540 subscriptions; $52,562 in revenue; 55% are 3-concert
  2. Last year: 486 subscriptions; $47,980 in revenue; 67% were 3-concert
 
Christmas with Cantus
  1. Final: 3316 tickets sold, totaling $81,642 (111% to goal)
  2. Last year: 2087 tickets sold, totaling $52,680 (90% to goal)
 
Would You Harbor Me?
  1. 40% to goal; single tickets low compared to last year
  2. Working on marketing plan and possible promotions to fill the venues
 
Covers
  1. 35% to goal; 121 single tickets sold (slightly short of this time last year)
  2. Working on developing a promotional sponsor/beer sponsor to boost bigger audiences; more detailed definition of the title “Covers” in postcard and marketing materials
 
Overall
  1. 74% to total ticket sale goal for the season
 
 
 
2016-2017 Season
Jeff is currently working on finalizing all dates/venues

  2. Christmas: St. Bart’s (Dec. 11), Westminster (Dec. 15), Ordway (Dec. 16), Trinity (Dec. 17), Apple Valley (Dec. 20), Colonial (Dec. 21), St. Thomas (Dec. 22)
  3. Romeo & Juliet: Tentative for the last week of March and the first week of April
  4. Covers: Possible change in venue, but dates set for June 2-10
