FY15 May Director of Marketing and Finance Report

Financial
- Line of Credit
o The remaining balance on the Line of Credit ($20,000) was paid off on May 14.
- FY15 projection
o 9-month financials and updated projection will be distributed at the meeting. We’ll continue to do monthly updates through the end of the fiscal year.
2014-2015 Season
- As of Monday, May 11, Covers is at 50.6% of goal, 791 tickets for $21,944
o An accurate prior year comparison isn’t available because of the last year’s Cowles ticketing issues.
o Two years ago, we had sold 699 tickets for $16,980
- We’re at 83.7% of goal for the season overall
2015-2016 Season
- Home concert venues/dates for the 2015-2016 Season have been finalized
o Details included in separate attachment
- Targeting a May 31 season announcement with a renewal mailing that week and inserts in the Covers programs
- Season ticket prices will remain the same. May look into some additional price tier options at various venues for single tickets.
