Financial
- Line of Credit/Cash flow
o Line of credit balance is now $35K
o Remainder will be paid down as ticket, Idol and tour revenue come in.
- Next projection
o Will do an 8-month (instead of 9-month) projection to review at April board meeting in advance of Idol
2014-2015 Season
- All Is Calm
o Total sales of $189K for 7 performances (vs. $135K in 2013 for 6 performances)
o Our settlement funds totaled $40,499 ($23,785 in profit share plus $16,714 in expense reimbursement including singer salaries, marketing, etc.). We had budgeted $28K.
- The Singing Revolution (as of 3/19/15)
o Currently at 106% of goal (or about $2,500 over). Will have final numbers at the board meeting on Monday.
o Ordway sold 819 tickets for $20,384. This is our highest selling home concert performance EVER. Some comparisons:
- Previous highest selling was Christmas 2013 at St. Bart’s: 698 tickets for $16,535
- Previous highest selling non-Christmas was A Place for Us (Fall 2013) at St. Bart’s: 486 tickets for $11,850
- In fall 2010, the full 3 concert run of Before Us sold 557 tickets for $13,641
- In 2009, the full 3 concert run of Christmas with Cantus sold 949 tickets for $22,385
o When uploading patron emails to send out the audience survey, over half were new.
- Covers is currently at 37% of goal, 577 tickets for $16,134
o An accurate prior year comparison isn’t available because of the last year’s Cowles ticketing issues.
o Two years ago, we had sold 549 tickets for $13,300.
- We’re at 79% of goal for the season overall

- Working on finalizing home concert venues/date for the 2015-2016 Season
o Ordway Concert Hall dates for fall, Christmas and spring (replacing Sundin in fall and spring and Cowles/Ted Mann for Christmas)
o Antonello Hall at MacPhail will replace Cowles in fall and spring
o Christmas with Cantus will have 7 performances over two weekends
- Additional coffee concert performance at Colonial
- Remaining venue TBD
o Only performances at the Cowles will be for Covers
