- To help sustain and increase CD sales: National distribution secured (EMI or Naxos); Soundscan reporting implemented
- Mapping out work smart in preparation for future staffing, implementation in January
- Improvement of use of rehearsal time
- Individual giving plan that is appropriate for Cantus created, implemented and assessed
- Determine whether Cantus Idol should be moved to larger venue
- Bring in teacher/leaning expert to help with memorization

- Home concert venue scheduling as Ordway Concert Hall comes online, include discussion of values
- Use Kickstarter to raise funds for second commission (programmed for Spring home concert). Evaluate role in national fundraising, particularly for younger audiences.
