FY17 November Development & Marketing Manager Report
FY17 – November 28, 2016
Development
2017 Cantus Idol
2016-2017 Season
Development
- GiveMN brought in 78 gifts totaling $5,956. This was down from $9,650 last year. Potentially due to: one less email sent out this year (3 emails sent), no “Golden Ticket” rewarded to Cantus this year, the website had issues, and, hopefully, more individuals choosing to give directly to Cantus
- On Give to the Max Day, we did receive $3,650 in gifts through our website or mail
- Individual Giving for FY17:
- As of 11/21/16: $34,911 (__% to total goal)
- At this time last year: $26,661
- Direct Mail #1 scheduled to hit homes December 2
- Segmented mail house lists by: last year donors, lapsed donors, Idol supporters (but not AF donors), and ticket buyers who have never donated
- Sending personalized and in-house letters to last year donors of $750+, Cantus alumni, and recurring donors (asking them to increase their monthly amount)
